Our scope of work on this project has been type 2 glove bag of asbestos containing insulation to facilitate the replacement of plumbing risers, demolition of select interior block walls, coring of holes for plumbing and cutting ventilation holes through the 9” thick floors.

Removal of interior finishes such as bulkheads, ceiling, interior partition walls, coolers and freezers, concrete curbs, removal of 2” concrete floor topping and the demolition of a mezzanine constructed of steel and concrete.

Scope of work: interior and exterior demolition, crawl space, remediation and re-grading

We removed stucco and 2x4 framed walls from the exterior of the school, interior wall finishes, ceiling systems, and cut holes in the concrete floor for HVAC systems. Completed a mould remediation of the crawlspace and installed a new ground cover. Completed a remediation of the existing coal bunker that once opened was home to about 10 yards of coal.
