Wire sawing for the removal of wall encasements and throat rings. Coring for the dowels of the new wall encasements using custom fabricated equipment to maintain tight tolerances.

Interior selective demolition consisting of walls, 130 000+ Sq feet of flooring and ceilings. Removal of 20 000+ sq feet of concrete slab. Removal of 100 000+ sq feet of adhesives after flooring removal.

Removal of exterior finishes and windows from 7 townhouse complexes, Cutting of basement slabs and excavation around all of the buildings.

Our Scope of Work: interior and exterior demolition

Removal of interior finishes such as bulkheads, ceiling, interior partition walls, coolers, freezers and concrete curbs. Cutting the concrete slab for new plumbing trenches and new freezer slabs. Demolition of the exterior entrance canopy.

Scope of work: interior and exterior demolition, crawl space, remediation and re-grading

We removed stucco and 2x4 framed walls from the exterior of the school, interior wall finishes, ceiling systems, and cut holes in the concrete floor for HVAC systems. Completed a mould remediation of the crawlspace and installed a new ground cover. Completed a remediation of the existing coal bunker that once opened was home to about 10 yards of coal.
