The objective of our safety and health program is to reach our Zero incident goal for all members of our team, our projects and our industry as a whole. Our commitment to safety is premised upon The Company's Policy.
All levels in our company work together to promote the safety culture. By means of continual training for our staff, identification, documentation and communication of all hazards, followed by the elimination or control of those risks, everyone at 204 Demolition & Salvage Ltd. shares the responsibility for our safety and the safety of those around us.
Regular meetings with our staff ensure that we identify any areas that may require improvement. Once identified, these are integrated into our safety program, training and safe work procedures. Our staff under-go regular training to keep up to date on the industry’s best practices and procedures. We strongly believe that safety shall never be sacrificed for profit. We hold ourselves accountable through regular verification and reporting of our safety performance.
