In our line of work, precision and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the use of high-quality tools and equipment, are paramount. At 204 Demolition & Salvage Ltd., we are committed to carrying out projects professionally, adhering to the strictest safety and quality standards.
Whether you're undertaking renovations, improvements, or repairs for your commercial or industrial property, you can trust that your concrete structures are in capable hands. With our extensive experience, safe practices, and advanced equipment, we consistently achieve precise and impeccable results.
Our proficient team, equipped with 480V electric wall saws, is capable of tackling a multitude of tasks. These include cutting an existing concrete foundation to facilitate the installation of a doorway or window opening, slicing through a concrete wall to create space for a new overhead door, precisely trimming a set of cast-in-place stairs, freeing them, or removing a vault, among various other applications. With our wall saws, we can achieve cuts to a maximum depth of 26 inches from a single side.
We extend this service to flat concrete surfaces that require modifications or repairs. Our experience encompasses tasks such as removing slabs, bridge decks, parking garage floors, cutting trenches for electrical and mechanical purposes, and removing freezer pads, among others.
In situations where the thickness of concrete or the structure's shape renders traditional concrete saws impractical, we provide wire sawing as a superior alternative. The wire saw is ideal for cutting concrete over 24 inches thick and flush cutting concrete to grade, such as machine pads. We can accurately cut any shape or thickness of concrete column, pier, beam, or foundation using the wire saw. Additionally, the wire saw is perfect for cutting large-diameter steel, concrete pipes, and heat exchangers. In fact, virtually anything can be cut into manageable-sized pieces using the wire saw.
No task is beyond the capabilities of our team, whether it's large-scale or small-scale. For projects involving hard-to-reach areas or small openings through concrete walls or floors, tools like hand saws, ring saws, and chainsaws are invaluable. These tools are especially effective for creating openings such as duct penetrations, cable tray penetrations, or any requirement for a smaller, clean, and precise opening.
This method involves drilling perfectly rounded holes or removing cylindrical sections from concrete. With diamond core drill bits and a diverse range of concrete cutting tools, our team at 204 Demolition & Salvage Ltd. is equipped and proficient to handle projects of any scale.
204 Demolition & Salvage Ltd.’s
coring teams can safely and effectively create holes as small as ¼” and as large as 48” in diameter for manholes, pipes and other large penetrations. We core holes at any angle and to any depth. Special diameter bits are available upon request.
Similar to wire sawing, core drilling tasks require rigour and diligence to achieve a clean cut. Our experts are fully prepared to take on challenges like complex angles and odd structures. Regardless of the project at hand, 204 Demolition & Salvage Ltd. is committed to providing excellent service under the strictest safety standards!
